Overview
Large-diameter HS cellulose casings are permeable to smoke and water vapour. They are stretchable, thicker than Visrex casings and suitable for clipping.
Applications
For all oval-shaped products, e.g. mortadel, ham, rolls, smoked meat and other ripening products
Advantages

- are capable of shrinking during thermal treatment,
- the casing adheres closely to the product and has a high mechanical strength,
