Overview
Large-diameter cellulose casings permeable to smoke. The LCC range includes Zephyr, Visrex, Precyzja, HS and R, with different degrees of stretch and shapes.
Applications
ZEPHYR - oval mortadels, cylindrical mortadels, oval hams
It comes in stretchy and regular, colourless and smoked colour
Wetting : 15-30 minutes in water at 15-20oC
Attention! The casing once soaked must not be dried and soaked again!
